A second-generation Lebanese artist Nizar Daher (1951) studied at Repin Institute in Russia earning a PhD in Art Sciences in 1987. In the 90s, he was the Dean and taught at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Lebanese University. His work has been shown internationally at institutions such as The Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg; The National Art Museum of China (NAMOC), Beijing; Museum of Modern Art, Kuwait; National Museum, Amman; and Collectibles Pontiff Pope Francis, Vatican.
